Cleaning Operative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic and commercial Cleaner to join our team, providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within peoples homes, or commercial premises.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming environments. and a friendly, professional attitude is essential. it is a physically demanding job.

You will be trained for 2-3 weeks (paid) so you are up to speed and get of to a good start, You also will have direct contact with the owner of the business.

Requirements:

• MUST have previous experience in end of tenancy/deep cleaning/B&B cleaning

• A full uk driving license

• A full DBS check that is fully funded by us.

Pay benefits, bonuses and higher positions are available however are they are earned not just given.

• be able to work solo and as part of a team, you are paid milage and travel time when travelling to jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
• Ensure all rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation
• Manage laundry and linen services as required
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet or upholstery cleaning when needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
• Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential

Experience

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required
• Hotel housekeeping experience is highly desirable
• Experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for client interactions
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage is advantageous
