Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties across designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal spaces.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards discovered during cleaning to the relevant team members promptly.
• Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete all necessary documentation accurately.
• Support additional tasks such as waste disposal, window cleaning, and deep cleaning projects as required.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor polishers, and buffers safely.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
