Cleaning Operative

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to clean and help oversee daily cleaning operations across our one of our top facilities.

for 3/4 of your working day you will clean, the other part of the day will be allocated to helping the supervisor with ad-hoc duties

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and standards
• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills to motivate team members and liaise with management
• Ability to inspect work quality meticulously and provide constructive feedback
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
• Flexibility to adapt schedules based on operational needs

Hours - Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm with 30 min unpaid break

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
