Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
• Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and record completed tasks accurately to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Dispose of waste responsibly, adhering to environmental guidelines and company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Support additional duties such as replenishing supplies or assisting with special cleaning projects as needed.

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor polishers, and steam cleaners.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene excellence.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
