Cleaning Operative / Driver – Part-Time, Permanent

Hola Cleaning Company is looking for a reliable, hardworking and trustworthy Cleaning Operative / Driver to join our growing team.

This is an employed position with holiday pay and workplace pension, subject to eligibility.

The role involves travelling to different customer locations across Leicester and surrounding areas, carrying out professional cleaning to a high standard. Most weekends are normally free, although occasional weekend availability may be required depending on bookings.

Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but it is not essential for the right person. Training can be provided. However, you must already be confident with general cleaning, willing to learn, and most importantly, reliable, punctual and committed to doing the job properly.

The work may include:

• Commercial cleaning
• End-of-tenancy cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• After-builders and sparkle cleaning
• Communal-area cleaning
• Property and accommodation cleaning
• Specialist cleaning alongside trained team members

Essential requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Confident and safe driver
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to carry out professional cleaning work
• Flexible with working hours when required
• Occasional weekend availability
• Good communication skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Right to work in the UK

Pay: £13.00–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
