Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaning Operative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be willing to travel to and from the place of work, be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure all areas are kept hygienic, tidy, and presentable at all times
• Empty bins, dispose of waste responsibly, and replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in line with company policies and client expectations

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, health & safety regulations, and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict cleanliness standards
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for ensuring quality service delivery
• A driving license and vehicle would be beneficial.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
