Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal spaces
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Restock consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete all tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness consistently, ensuring all areas meet company standards

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting equipment or supplies
