Timings: 6pm till 9pm Mon till Thurs, 6pm till 10pm Fri

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards
• Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required by clients
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs or concerns

Skills

• Previous experience in cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between sites
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact politely and professionally with clients
• Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
