Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization

• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items

• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously

• Conduct floor care activities such as polishing, waxing, or carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality

• Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment

• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, ensuring schedules are followed efficiently

Requirements

• Reliable car required

• Smartphone required

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping preferred

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Basic familiarity with laundry processes and janitorial supplies management

• Prior experience in hospitality or janitorial roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
