Mountain Tidy Cleaning Services is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help keep homes and businesses clean, safe, and welcoming. We take pride in delivering high-quality service, and we're looking for people who enjoy working hard, paying attention to the little details, and making a difference for our clients every day.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, commercial buildings, and residential properties.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Restock paper products and other supplies when needed.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional service to clients.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We will provide training.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage your time.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
