Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial buildings, hotels, and outdoor areas to meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Handle various cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash disposal
• Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning, polishing, waxing, and buffing to maintain surface quality
• Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as required
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and tools while adhering to manual handling safety protocols
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during service visits

Skills

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within residential, commercial, or hotel environments
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when handling equipment or moving supplies
• Skilled in outdoor work environments with experience in outdoor cleaning tasks or grounds maintenance preferred
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within designated schedules
• Familiarity with laundry processes and housekeeper management practices is a plus
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
