Residential, local businesses, and restaurants: These projects are typically paid the same day or within a few days, so payroll is generally processed shortly after customer payment. Commercial post-construction projects: These projects often pay on net terms (commonly 15–30 days, sometimes longer). Payroll for these projects will be issued after the customer has paid Rocket Cleaning. Employees and subcontractors will always be informed of the expected payment timeline before accepting a project. If a customer delays payment beyond the expected terms, Rocket Cleaning will keep the crew updated on the payment status.
