Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and performing routine maintenance.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience with janitorial equipment and supplies management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning assignments and schedules as needed.
