Job Title: Experienced Cleaner — Residential & Short-Term Rentals

Overview
We’re a small, growing local team seeking 1–2 experienced cleaners who take pride in exceptional, detailed cleaning. This role focuses on residential homes and short‑term rentals; other cleaning experience is a bonus. We value the art and flow of cleaning and want someone passionate about delivering outstanding results every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes and short‑term rentals to a very high standard — not just basic or surface cleanings; deep, detailed results required
• Complete full turnovers when needed, covering every square inch within the allotted timeframe
• Follow schedules and client notes in our app for each location (address, access, special instructions)
• Clock in/out via the app (GPS location required) and maintain clear, timely communication with managers about damages, restocking needs, or issues
• Restock rental supplies and report inventory needs for replacements
• Use only natural cleaning products
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven experience cleaning residential properties and short‑term rentals (required)
• Smartphone capable of running our scheduling/clock-in app and willing to use it daily
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently or as part of a small team
• Physically able to perform deep cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
• Strong communication skills and commitment to reporting damages/restocking promptly

Compensation & Perks

• Pay starts at $25/hour and can go up to $30/hour for the right candidate
