Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization.
• Manage floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and maintaining various flooring types to ensure longevity and appearance.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas following health guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits.
• Operate janitorial equipment safely and effectively to enhance cleaning efficiency.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred.
• Experience working in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials is essential.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and methods enhances your suitability for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with positive communication skills.
• Experience with sanitation protocols and floor care ensures high-quality results.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
