Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing.
• Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, buffers, and other tools safely and effectively.
• Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies or furniture while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and safety inspections.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific needs and feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and proper handling of cleaning equipment.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely without injury.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas when necessary.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is advantageous.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 45.0 per week
