Cleaning Professional

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior residential cleaning experience preferably with a franchise is required. This position offers an opportunity to develop professional skills within a supportive team environment. All equipment, cleaning products, and transportation is provided

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces (apartments and row houses), including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality standards and client specifications
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure availability for ongoing cleaning tasks
• Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning with a franchise system or independent company required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor are beneficial

Pay: $18.40 - $22.00 per hour
