Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety concerns regarding fixtures, or any structural elements
• Use proper techniques to uphold cleanliness standards
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing (training can be provided)
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and industrial cleaning methods
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
• Prior experience with residential painting or general facilities maintenance is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work independently or as part of a team
