Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces and materials
• Maintain the cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies with proper safety protocols
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work preferred; outdoor work experience is a plus
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools effectively
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods during shifts
• Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and outdoor work environments is advantageous
• Valid experience in dusting, floor cleaning, laundry processes, and overall housekeeping management
