Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures
• Implement cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure health standards are consistently met or exceeded
• Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and steam cleaners
• Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas when applicable, including patios or entryways
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies safely while adhering to safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team to understand cleaning expectations, job details, and provide excellent customer service
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards

Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large equipment
• Ability to work independently while actively participating in community and relationship building behavior with peers
• Excellent customer service skills with clear client communication abilities
• Ability to follow company processes meticulously, adjust habits as needed to improve performance and commit to excellence
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, frequent squatting, bending, and standing safely during routine cleaning activities

Pay: $16.00 - $32.00 per hour
