Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Operate a variety of cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively, including carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial supplies.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as trash removal, outdoor surface cleaning, and maintaining entryway appearances.
• Communicate with management daily to provide updates on service completion, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to handle manual tasks with efficiency.
• Experience with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and surface sanitation.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning supplies to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations or client requests.
• Excellent client communication skills to understand customer expectations and deliver personalized service consistently.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
