Maids4Cleaning is seeking dependable cleaning professionals who take pride in quality work, professional customer service, and respectful care of customer property. Cleaning Professional provide residential and commercial cleaning services at assigned customer locations.

What You'll Do

• Our mission is to care for the spaces where people live, work, and gather by providing professional cleaning services built on quality, integrity, and consistency.
• Perform professional residential and commercial cleaning at assigned customer locations.
• We verse with safety protocols,
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, fixtures, appliances, living areas, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Our team work efficiently, reduce cross-contamination, protect surfaces, and deliver dependable results from one service to the next.
• Follow assigned cleaning instructions and customer-specific service requirements.
• Complete assigned work thoroughly and inspect your work before leaving.
• Protect customer property, privacy, access information, and confidential information.
• Promptly report safety concerns, property damage, unusual conditions, access problems, or service issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

What We're Looking For

• Professional cleaning experience is preferred; demonstrated ability to perform professional cleaning work safely and consistently is required.
• Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Able to follow cleaning, safety, and customer-specific instructions.
• Comfortable working independently after required training and as part of a team.
• Respectful of customers, coworkers, homes, businesses, privacy, and property.
• Comfortable using a mobile device for scheduling, timekeeping, training, and work-related communication.
• Able to perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodation when applicable.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations when required.

Pay & Employment

The anticipated pay range is $20-$28 per hour. Actual starting pay may vary within the posted range based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, qualifications, assigned responsibilities, and other lawful job-related factors. This is a part-time, non-exempt W-2 position.

Schedule

Schedules may include daytime, evening, or weekend assignments depending on customer needs. Hours, assignments, customers, and work locations may vary and are not guaranteed.
