Cleaning Professional

Oak Creek Management is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Part-Time Cleaner to help maintain our rental properties throughout Stevens Point and Plover.

We manage a variety of apartments, duplexes, and houses and take pride in providing clean, well-maintained properties for our residents.

This position primarily involves cleaning rental properties between tenants, along with routine cleaning of apartment building common areas (hallways, staircases, laundry machines and areas), company office spaces, and occasional new construction cleaning.

Our busiest apartment turnover periods are March through September, particularly between the 20th and the last day of each month. Flexible scheduling is available, but applicants must be dependable and able to complete assigned cleaning tasks within required deadlines.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage their time efficiently, and consistently deliver high-quality cleaning results.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean vacant apartments, duplexes, and houses in preparation for new residents.
• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, floors, and other surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Clean apartment building hallways, stairwells, and common areas on a scheduled basis.
• Assist with cleaning company offices and new construction properties as needed.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed.
• Report any observed maintenance concerns or property damage to management.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet assigned deadlines.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and transport cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be able to travel between properties in Stevens Point and Plover.
• Must be able to transport company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment.

Schedule & Compensation

Pay: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours with increased cleaning requirements during peak apartment turnover periods.

Cleaning assignments will vary depending on property needs, with the highest demand occurring toward the end of each month from March through September.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
