Join our team as a Cleaning Professional and bring your enthusiasm for creating spotless, welcoming environments to life. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for 6 separate A-frames located in Oasis Retreat, an overnight rental resort. Each unit is approximately 900 sq feet with 1 King bed, 1 sleeper sofa. No bunk beds, no hot tubs. All cleaning supplies, tools, and linens provided. 10am check out, 4pm check in. This position would be suitable for husband/wife team as there are additional outdoor duties that can be done for additional pay, such as wood splitting, leaf blowing, weed eating, etc.

This position will require a team of at least 2.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of overnight rental spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care.
• Maintain floor care routines including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and outdoor surface cleaning to preserve flooring quality.
• Communicate effectively to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, floor cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, mops, buffers, and outdoor tools.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor surfaces.
