Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Cleaning Professional to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various client locations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The position offers flexible scheduling, working three days a week—primarily on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays—with potential for increased hours and responsibilities for the right candidate. Initially compensated as a 1099 contractor, the role has the potential to transition into a full-time, W2 Employee . Duties

• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively to perform routine cleaning tasks
• Clean and sanitize surfaces using appropriate cleaning detergents and methods
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
• Dust surfaces thoroughly to maintain a dust-free environment
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with completed work
• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas according to company standards
