About the Role

LA Fitness is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. This role is essential to keeping the club running smoothly and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Wipe down equipment and maintain cleanliness on the gym floor
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash as needed
• Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning materials)
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management
• Follow all cleaning and safety protocols

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Comfortable with physical activity, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable and punctual
• Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we provide training
