Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation in residential and commercial settings
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, and surface maintenance
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods without compromising quality
• Follow housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery across all client sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred,
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and appropriate safety procedures for handling chemicals
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure consistent quality of service

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
