Cleaning Professional – Post-Construction

Zenkai Cleaning Solutions Ltd. is looking for experienced cleaners to join our post-construction cleaning team. You will help prepare newly built and renovated properties for inspection and handover. This work requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and pride in delivering a high-quality finish.

What you’ll do

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and common spaces after construction
• Remove dust and debris from floors, fixtures, cabinets, windowsills and other surfaces
• Detail appliances, cabinetry, trim, doors and fixtures
• Follow site safety requirements and report deficiencies to the site supervisor
• Work with the team to complete assigned areas on schedule and to Zenkai’s quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous professional cleaning experience is required. Post-construction cleaning experience is strongly preferred.
• You must own or have regular access to a reliable vehicle to travel independently to job sites throughout HRM.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and availability for scheduled projects
• Steel-toe boots and required personal protective equipment.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
