Cleaning Scheduling Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules that optimize staffing and resource allocation across all sites
• Supervise and motivate a team of custodial staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and quality standards
• Coordinate daily cleaning operations for commercial, industrial, hospitality, or healthcare facilities to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Provide managerial communication to relay expectations, deliver feedback, and foster a positive team environment
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to prevent shortages and control costs
• Collaborate with clients or facility managers to address specific cleaning needs or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning management, custodial services, or janitorial supervision within commercial or industrial settings
• Strong background in cleaning & sanitation management, including knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial cleaning
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing schedules effectively
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and other stakeholders clearly and professionally
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality housekeeping management is a plus
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of laundry operations or hospital sanitation procedures is advantageous

Pay: $49,700.00 - $60,000.00 per year
