What they need
About the role
Cleaning and maintenance position responsible for maintaining sanitation and cleanliness across office facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Clean, sweep, mop, and vacuum all office floors regularly
- Brush, clean, and disinfect toilets and ensure availability of soap and tissue
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste from each room to the building's waste disposal area
- Clean dust and stains on windows, doors, and interior partitions
- Daily: clean work desks (with employee permission), empty trash bins, and mop main corridor floors
- Weekly: clean ceilings of cobwebs, wipe exterior AC units, and deep brush toilet floors
- Monthly: perform deep cleaning including marble floor crystallization or carpet washing as needed
About you
- Willing to do various tasks (flexible and adaptable)
- Able to work cooperatively with team members
- Diligent, responsible, and value cleanliness
- Minimum 1 year experience as Office Boy or Cleaning Service (preferred)
