Cleaning Service Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Service Provider to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of residential and commercial spaces. Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation across various areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure health standards are met or exceeded.
• Conduct floor cleaning and care, including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and outdoor surface maintenance as needed.
• Manage laundry duties for linens, towels, and clothing with proper handling techniques to ensure cleanliness and fabric care.
• Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper manual handling to prevent injury during heavy lifting or repetitive tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each appointment.
• Follow all safety protocols related to custodial work, including proper use of cleaning tools and adherence to sanitation standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or custodial cleaning is highly preferred; familiarity with housekeeping management is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and other tools efficiently.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and floor care methods that promote sanitation and durability.
• Experience in outdoor work environments involving exterior surface cleaning or yard maintenance is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns confidently.
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and outdoor work activities.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
