About the role

Supervisory position overseeing cleaning service operations and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning service team and ensure work is carried out according to SOP
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
• Conduct area inspections and quality control for cleanliness
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of team members
• Control stock of chemicals, cleaning equipment, and work supplies

About you

• Minimum qualification: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Experience as Cleaning Service or Cleaning Service Leader/Supervisor (preferred)
• Leadership capability
• Problem solving skills
• Assertive, detail-oriented, and disciplined
• Understanding of cleaning service equipment operation
