Cleaning Services Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Cleaning Services Operations Manager to lead and optimize our cleaning and sanitation operations across diverse facilities. In this role, you'll oversee cleaning operations across multiple facilities, manage a dedicated team, and ensure every site meets the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction. Duties

• Lead and supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery in commercial, industrial, hospitality, or healthcare environments
• Develop and implement cleaning protocols aligned with industry standards, safety regulations, and sanitation best practices
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to safety procedures, sanitation standards, and client specifications
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and enforce compliance
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and proper maintenance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service quality, addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or related fields with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through clear communication and motivational leadership
• Experience supervising industrial or hotel housekeeping operations is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Effective managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors
• Prior experience in janitorial services or laundry management is a plus
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness while ensuring safety compliance at all times

Pay: $48,400.00 - $58,300.00 per year
