Cleaning Services Supervisor

About the role

Kleanterra Sdn Bhd is expanding and is looking for an experienced and dedicated Cleaning Services Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations across multiple project sites in the Klang Valley. This is a hands-on operational role requiring regular site visits, strong leadership, effective manpower management, and close monitoring of service quality. The successful candidate will work closely with cleaning teams, site supervisors and clients to ensure that all sites consistently meet Kleanterra's service and quality standards.

Important: This position requires frequent travel between project sites throughout the Klang Valley. Candidates who are based in the Klang Valley and have their own transport will be preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage cleaning teams across multiple project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure cleaning standards and contractual requirements are met.
• Train and guide cleaners and site supervisors on cleaning techniques, machinery, chemical usage, workplace safety and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, attendance, leave, replacements and manpower deployment.
• Ensure sufficient manpower is maintained at each site and arrange replacements when required.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, grooming and compliance with company requirements.
• Coordinate daily site operations and maintain good communication with clients and Management Offices.
• Maintain proper site documentation, attendance records, inspection checklists and operational reports.
• Prepare monthly photographic proof reports for all assigned sites, documenting cleaning activities, completed works, periodic tasks, site conditions and improvements for month-end submission.
• Monitor the proper use, storage and maintenance of cleaning machinery, equipment, chemicals and materials.

About you

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field; a Degree will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning services, housekeeping, facilities management or a similar supervisory role.

• Experience supervising cleaning operations across multiple sites is preferred.

• Strong leadership, staff management and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, machinery, equipment and workplace safety.

• Able to conduct practical training and provide clear instructions to cleaning staff.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Good reporting and documentation skills, including preparation of photographic site reports.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and/or similar reporting applications.

• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

  Preference will be given to candidates based in Klang Valley, as the project sites are located in this area and accommodation / hostel is not provided.
