Cleaning Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cleaning Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily hygiene and cleanliness operations . You will lead our frontline cleaning team, manage vendor standards, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and deliver exceptional facility standards across office spaces, retail areas, and public grounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across designated to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and train site cleaning staff and supervisors; conduct regular briefing sessions and performance reviews.
• Quality Assurance: Perform routine inspections, audit cleaning quality, and resolve tenant or visitor feedback promptly.
• Inventory & Resource Control: Monitor equipment, cleaning chemical usage, and stock levels to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce Occupational Health & Safety guidelines, ensuring proper usage of PPE and chemical handling procedures.
• Client & Vendor Liaison: Work closely with property management, event teams, and sub-contractors to support continuous service improvements and special events.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cleaning services supervision or property management, preferably in commercial complexes, tech parks, or large retail hubs.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Language: Conversational Cantonese is required; basic English or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Certifications: Knowledge of statutory OSH guidelines; relevant environmental/cleaning supervision certificates are a plus.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.

• 安全與合規： 嚴格執行職業安全健康（OSH）指引，確保員工正確使用個人防護裝備（PPE）及化學用品。
• 跨部門協調： 與物業管理團隊、活動籌辦單位及外判商保持良好溝通，配合特別活動及日常突發狀況。

入職要求

• 工作經驗： 具備 3 至 5 年或以上清潔督導或物業管理相關經驗（具大型商業大廈、科技園區或大型商場經驗者優先）。
• 能力要求： 良好領導能力、溝通技巧及應變能力，能獨立處理現場突發事件。
• 語言能力： 良好粵語，懂簡單英語或普通話者更佳。
• 專業資格： 熟悉香港法定職業安全及健康條例；持有相關環境衛生或清潔管理證書者優先。
• 工作時間： 需配合輪班工作，包括需於週末或公眾假期輪休（視乎工作排班）。
