About the Role

As the Cleaning Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring the site runs efficiently and meets both client and company expectations. You’ll lead, motivate, and support a diverse team, maintaining high levels of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the centre.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and supervising daily cleaning activities to maintain a spotless, safe environment.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting cleaning staff to achieve excellence.
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Managing rosters, attendance, and task allocations.
• Building strong working relationships with clients and centre management.
• Ensuring compliance with WHS standards, company policies, and sustainability practices.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and reporting on staffing, equipment, and supplies.

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Team Leader in commercial or retail environments.
