Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
• Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
• Keep detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques as well as commercial cleaning procedures is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
• Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is a plus but not required
