Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Cleaning Specialist located in Tampa, FL.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and presentation in:

• Professional offices
• Commercial facilities
• High-end residential homes
• Well-established businesses

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Deep cleaning tasks depending on client needs
• Maintaining luxury-level detail and presentation standards
• Window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialty cleaning as needed
• Following safety guidelines and company protocols
• Operating and caring for high-quality cleaning tools and equipment
• Ensuring all work meets Lumin’s elevated quality standards

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in commercial cleaning and/or residential cleaning (not required but coach-able)
• Strong attention to detail, especially important for upscale homes
• Experience with carpet cleaning and window cleaning is a plus
• Ability to follow luxury-level quality standards
• Can work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment as needed
• Previous professional cleaning experience (if not, we do train our staff)
• Motivated, reliable, and takes pride in delivering top-tier results

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $18/hr to start

(Additional incentives or benefits may apply for candidates with good performance overtime.)
