Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation across various spaces.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively to ensure health and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as required.
• Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and efficiently for tasks like carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through specialized floor cleaning techniques including buffing and polishing.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service during each visit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and tools used in professional cleaning environments.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work conditions when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or outdoor work is a plus but not required.
