Cleaning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all work to a high standard, efficiently, and within scheduled timeframes
• Adapt to different homes, client preferences, and daily schedules with a positive attitude
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with both clients and other team members
• Properly use and care for company tools and equipment
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to receive feedback in a professional, respectful manner
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Comfortable using apps or technology for scheduling and communication
• Able to pass a background check
• Cleaning experience is not required for this role—we provide the training and support needed to succeed. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites throughout the day
