Position HIRING: CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Solace & Co. is expanding and looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Muscat.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning operations and manage on-site cleaning crews for residential and commercial projects.
Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and thoroughness across all home, office, and deep cleaning services.
Coordinate scheduling, manage equipment and supplies, and act as the primary point of contact for client quality checks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with Muscat locations is a strong plus.
Valid oman driving license.
Benifits:
salary will be negotiable based on experience and performance.
