Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage and supervise villa deep cleaning and residential cleaning operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning services, managing cleaning staff, coordinating with clients, and ensuring jobs are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage cleaning teams assigned to villas and residential properties.
• Plan and allocate daily cleaning jobs and manpower according to the schedule.
• Conduct villa deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and regular residential cleaning inspections.
• Ensure cleaning staff follow proper cleaning methods, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Inspect completed work and ensure all areas meet the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients regarding cleaning requirements, special requests, and service feedback.
• Handle client complaints and take immediate corrective action when required.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance of cleaning staff.
• Train new cleaners on cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning machines, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor cleaning materials and chemicals and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Prepare daily job completion reports and report any issues to management.
• Coordinate transportation and movement of cleaning teams between different locations.
• Ensure the team follows the agreed cleaning checklist for each villa/residential property.
• Take before-and-after photos where required for quality control and reporting.
• Support management in estimating manpower, time, and cleaning requirements for new jobs.
• Ensure company uniforms, PPE, and professional standards are maintained.
• Monitor productivity and minimize wastage of cleaning materials.
• Ensure all cleaning jobs are completed within the agreed time and customer expectations are met.
• Assist management with scheduling, manpower planning, and customer follow-up.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor / Housekeeping Supervisor / Residential Cleaning Supervisor.
• Experience in villa deep cleaning and residential cleaning is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and deep-cleaning procedures.
• Strong team-management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cleaning teams and locations.
• Customer-service-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• UAE driving licence is must.
• UAE cleaning/housekeeping experience is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
