What they need
We are Superfine Facilities Management Company, providing comprehensive maintenance and facilities management services for residential and commercial buildings.We are currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
Cleaning supervisor - 1
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff (Building Cleaners)
- Assign daily duties and schedules; ensure adequate staffing
- Inspect buildings to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
- Train new employees and coach existing staff on procedures and safety
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective action
- Maintain inventory and equipment
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools
- Prepare monthly reports
- Conduct regular inspections to prevent hazards
- Report accidents or damages immediately
Requirements
- 2–3 years of housekeeping/cleaning experience.
- Ability to organize staff, schedules, inspections, and cleaning supplies.
- Strong team supervision and leadership skills.
