Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities. In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, coordinate schedules, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service. Your leadership will help create a safe, welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service practices
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks to team members efficiently to maximize productivity
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify quality and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Communicate clearly with team members, management, and clients to address concerns or special requests
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and incident reports
• Ensure all team members operate vehicles safely when required for site access or supply deliveries

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning services or supervisory roles within facilities management
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record for vehicle operation when necessary
• Strong communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and interact with clients
• Excellent customer service skills to address client needs promptly and professionally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform supervisory duties that may involve walking, lifting, or inspecting various sites
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and vehicle operation

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
