Cleaning Supervisor

The Perfect Clean is seeking an In-Home Cleaner Supervisor to join our growing team Dallas, TX! The In-Home Cleaner Supervisor will oversee a team of in-home cleaners, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. This role involves scheduling, training, quality control, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Please note: the first 30 days of this role will be spent working directly alongside our cleaning team in homes, learning our standards and processes firsthand before transitioning into supervisory duties.

Responsibilities:

• Spend the first 30 days working on the ground with our in-home cleaning team to learn our standards and workflow
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of in-home cleaning staff
• Train and mentor new and existing cleaners to ensure consistent quality
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to meet client needs
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Address and resolve client concerns and requests promptly

Qualifications:

• Must speak English and Spanish
• Prior cleaning experience in client homes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $18.00 per hour
