Hours and Days: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Requirements: supervisor experience in janitorial, cleaning, or facility maintenance; high attention to detail. Must be able to pass a federal background check.

What You’ll Do As a Janitorial Site Supervisor (also working as our Cleaning Lead and Custodian Supervisor), you will guide our team to keep our Beaufort client site spotless. Your core responsibilities include:

• Directing day-to-day operations for the evening cleaning staff, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
• Performing quality control inspections and providing hands-on training to new team members.
• Managing equipment, cleaning supplies, and inventory on-site.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for site management to maintain strong client relationships.

What You Bring To The Team

• Proven leadership experience as a Janitorial Supervisor, Cleaning Lead, or lead custodian.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Dependable attendance and a sharp eye for detail.
