Cleaning Supervisor

Fixen Technical Service LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the cleaning team.
• Assign duties and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high cleaning standards are maintained.
• Ensure proper use and handling of cleaning materials, equipment, and chemicals.
• Train and guide cleaners on proper cleaning procedures, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and management regarding cleaning requirements and concerns.
• Prepare daily reports and provide updates to management.
• Handle urgent cleaning requests and support the team when required.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE and housekeeping procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of professional cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Experience managing and supervising a cleaning team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to deal professionally with clients and site teams.
• Able to prepare basic reports and communicate through WhatsApp/email.
• Flexible to work across different sites in Dubai.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
