Work Schedule & Flexibility:

• Start Time: 8:15 AM on scheduled workdays
• End Time: Varies depending on the jobs for the day (each day's end time is different)
• Schedule: Weekly schedule varies but follows a general predictable pattern
• Adaptability: Additional cleans may be added based on business needs; weekly schedules are provided in advance so you can plan your life

Logistics:

• Home Base: Meet at our Indianapolis Office (46220) – all shifts begin here.
• Company Vehicle Provided: Drive our vehicles, not yours. No personal vehicle use required.
• Supplies Provided: All top-tier cleaning tools and chemicals are fully supplied.
• Training Included: We will train you on our specific supervisory and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Control: Oversee and assist in the thorough cleaning of residential spaces, ensuring every room reflects our elite standards for dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting.
• Champion Customer Service: Act as the primary on-site liaison for our clients. Listen to their needs, address feedback immediately, and deliver personalized, exceptional solutions that build lasting relationships.
• Team Leadership & Safety: Guide your team to work independently and efficiently. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and the responsible use of cleaning supplies.
• Manage Special Requests: Handle unique client requests (such as light organizing or specific household needs) with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude that enhances their overall experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven background in residential cleaning, janitorial roles, or hotel housekeeping, ideally with prior leadership or custodial management experience.
• Customer-Obsessed: Excellent customer service skills with a highly professional demeanor, a friendly attitude, and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Detail-Oriented & Focused: Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple tasks, oversee team progress, and never miss a spot.
• Independent Operator: Ability to work autonomously, make smart field decisions, and motivate a team with minimal supervision.
