Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning team at our gym and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the facility, including gym equipment, changing rooms, restrooms, showers, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the cleaning team and organize and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure gym equipment and machines are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
• Monitor the cleanliness of changing rooms, restrooms, and shower areas.
• Ensure floors, mirrors, windows, and common areas are kept clean at all times.
• Develop daily and weekly cleaning schedules based on the gym's needs.
• Monitor the cleaning team's performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure the safe and proper use of cleaning and disinfecting products.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory and request replenishments when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures throughout the gym.
• Address management and gym members' concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and effectively.
• Train cleaning staff and ensure compliance with dress code and workplace instructions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience supervising cleaning operations, preferably in gyms, hotels, or similar facilities.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Good knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting products and their safe use.
• Ability to organize work schedules and monitor performance quality.
• High standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Previous work experience in the UAE is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
