About MyT Clean

MyT Clean Ltd is a growing, established cleaning company providing professional domestic, commercial, construction and specialist cleaning services across Bedfordshire and surrounding counties.

As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for a reliable, motivated and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and help oversee our day-to-day cleaning operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, leading a team and maintaining exceptionally high cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple locations.
• Carry out regular site visits, quality checks and cleaning inspections.
• Ensure all cleaning work meets MyT Clean’s high standards.
• Organise daily cleaning schedules, staff allocations and cover when required.
• Monitor staff attendance, timekeeping and job completion through our management app.
• Train, support and guide new and existing cleaning staff.
• Carry out spot checks and ensure cleaning checklists are completed correctly.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment and stock levels.
• Liaise professionally with clients and respond promptly to any concerns.
• Assist with site handovers, new contracts and client requirements.
• Ensure staff follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Report directly to the Company Director and provide regular operational updates.
• Provide occasional hands-on cleaning support when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in the cleaning industry is essential.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident managing staff and dealing with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexible, reliable and able to adapt to changing schedules.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, email and basic administration systems.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• A positive, professional attitude with a genuine desire to help the business grow.

The Role

We’re not simply looking for someone to oversee cleaning. We want someone who will take ownership, lead by example and become a key part of our management team, become like a number 2 , to the director

The right person will be proactive, organised and confident making decisions, ensuring our cleaners feel supported and our clients consistently receive an exceptional service.

Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
